On Friday, June 17, Illiana Christian High School’s baseball team made school history by winning the 2022 Indiana State 2A championship. The Vikings defeated the Centerville Bulldogs by a score of 10-1. The game was played at Victory Field in Indianapolis. This was the first team sports state championship for Illiana Christian. Previously, the softball team came in runner-up in 1996, and through the years the school has had individual state champions in track and field and wrestling.
