Mr. Brummel comes to Illiana after working 40 years in engineering and operations management in the private sector.  He teaches Engineering Design, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, and Makerspace.  He is a graduate of Illiana.  He has a BA in Education from Trinity College and an MS in Industrial Supervision from Chicago State University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Illinois.  Mr. Brummel has two grown children, Alyssa and Derek, and two grandchildren.  He lives in Dyer and attends Munster Church.
